The Problem:
Users felt like their opinions weren’t being heard or taken serious. Preliminary research showed that there weren’t many arcade game preview apps where users could preview a game and leave feedback for developers all within the same app.

“we live in a time when our opinions can have a positive impact in PEOPLE’s lives”
Ideation
When sketching out ideas, I wanted the user to be able to search games to play at a glance. Each time they made a click, they would be met with an even more detailed tab of the game.
Digital Wireframes
Low Fidelity Prototype
Main user flow starts with signing into the app. Users will then scroll through the game choices. They will choose a game and decide to leave feedback about a specific game. They’ll then be able to see if their comments were viewed and/or replied back to, all within your profile page.

Mockups Before and After usability study
High Fidelity Prototype
In addition to clearly labeling all buttons and using universal icons, I include a drop down menu to better enhance the navigation through out the app.
Takeaways
What I learned:
Users want to be seen and heard. They want to feel like they’re contributing to the games they love to play.
